- 14+ days: full credit or reschedule
- 7–14 days: reschedule subject to availability
- Under 7 days: no refund
- No-shows are non-refundable
- Approved refunds via original payment method

14+ Days Notice
Full credit or rescheduling may be offered for training programmes and private coaching sessions.
7–14 Days Notice
A rescheduling request may be accommodated subject to availability. Participants may nominate a replacement, subject to Mahjong Success approval.
Under 7 Days
No refund will be provided. No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Please note:As our sessions are intentionally kept small, last-minute cancellations impact the experience for all participants. We appreciate your understanding in honouring your booking.
